Come Home to Yourself

A Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy Intensive in Denver, Colorado

For people who have already done the work — and are ready for it to land.

Ready To Come Home To Yourself?

You can make sense of what’s happening.

And still find yourself:

…reacting in the same ways

…feeling the same edges of anxiety

…holding yourself together

Insight is there.

But something in your system is still holding on.

Hi, I'm Lindsay

You’ve Done The Work.
This Is Where It Starts to Feel Different.

I would love to support you in weekly therapy, and when it feels appropriate, also offer psilocybin intensives.

The Intensive

This is a held therapeutic process — not a single session.

A psilocybin-assisted therapy intensive in Colorado designed to help your system soften
with preparation, pacing, and care.

How We're Different

Map → Shift → Hold

Map

We map your relational patterns — how you respond to closeness, conflict, and vulnerability. We identify where you:

• over-function
• shut down
• lose yourself

So we know exactly what needs to shift.

Shift

Extended sessions (with or without psychedelics) move us beyond insight into lived experience. We:

• access the emotional memory beneath the pattern
• stay with what’s usually avoided
• shift how your system responds

Not just understanding — changing it in real time.

Hold

We anchor the shifts so they carry into your life, in conversations, boundaries, and relationships.

So when something familiar happens, you don’t go back to who you were inside it.

If you’re thinking about this work, something in you is likely already moving.

Not about becoming someone new.
About coming home to yourself.

The Outcome

Clients often notice:

• less reactivity
• more space
• a deeper sense of connection
• more self-compassion

Not because they’ve become someone new, but because they feel more at home inside themselves.

The Stakes

Without this kind of support, it’s easy to stay here:

Understanding yourself — but not fully feeling it.

Who This is For

This may be a fit if:

You’ve already done therapy or personal work

You understand your patterns, but still feel stuck

You’re ready for a deeper, embodied shift

You don’t need to be in crisis.
Just ready to come back to yourself
 in a different way.
